Lindsay has been with Stivers for almost 20 years and not only serves as a leader in our St. Louis office, but she’s also the Director of Operations for all of Stivers. We love her can-do attitude and how detailed and thorough she is with everything she does! Read on to learn more about Lindsay.

Q: What are two of your favorite hobbies?
A: Travel and photography

Q: What was your favorite vacation?
A: This is tough. There are so many trips I have loved, but I think my favorite family vacation was a road trip out west – 5 national parks, 11 states, 16 days, 5000 miles and only 4 hours of screen time for our kids. Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Arches were my favorite destinations for hiking, but watching future Olympians fly in Park City was the best unplanned stop.

Q: What made you want to work for Stivers?
A: While I was in college, I worked for a staffing company over my summer breaks and then in my first position after college, hired employees through recruiting firms. Armed with the perspectives of both an employee and a client, and the belief that staffing plays a pivotal role in helping people in one of the most important aspects of their lives, I decided to pursue a career in the recruiting industry. I interviewed with a few companies but there was no competition – Stivers treats its employees like family, and once I met the team there, I knew I had found the company for me.

Q: What is your favorite food? Why did you pick this as your favorite?
A: Pizza from Giordano’s. Because pizza is the perfect food, and there is no better place to get it than Chicago. I also worked at Giordano’s while in college – definitely have some loyalty there.

Q: Do you have any pets? What are their names and what are they like?
A: A Goldendoodle puppy named Nola – she recently turned 1 and acts like it – tons of energy and always keeps us on our toes.
