Fee Waiver: Stivers will waive up to 2 days of time worked (maximum of 16 billed hours).
Replacement: Stivers will replace the candidate at no extra cost, within 30 days and the 2 day GTE will apply to the replacement as well.
Guarantee Timeline: The guarantee applies to talent placed in the months of November and December of 2024.
