Kevin is the Division Director in our Stivers, Phoenix office and we couldn’t be more thankful to have such a bright, hard-working person leading this team. He recently joined our team from all the way across the pond and does such a great job creating relationships with clients and candidates. Read on to learn more about Kevin

Q: Do you have any pets? What are their names and what are they like?
A: I have three dogs, Gypsy a Boxer/whippet, Truman a Pug, and Stella a Chihuahua. Gypsy has far too much energy for the other dogs as Truman is just an old man that likes to watch TV and get snacks.

Q: What was your favorite vacation?
A: My favourite vacation is breaks in the city, I really enjoy going to new places and exploring the history and the culture of the work and trying to take as much of it in as possible.

Q: What made you want to work for Stivers?
A: It was meeting the people that work for Stivers. When I had my video interview and face to face with leadership, their passion for staffing and the business made me want to work for Stivers. Also, the history of the company and how TL was able to move Stivers into the 21st Century.

Q: What’s unique about the culture at Stivers?
A: I think it’s the values and pillars of the Redwood. I see companies that have values on their website but never see them in action, it’s great to be part of an organization that holds true to them. From each Division being competitive with each other to communication from the top down to the accountability of each employee.

Q: What led you to a career in staffing?
A: I got an opportunity after finishing at the university to work for a staffing firm to help with administration. I was given more opportunities and responsibilities to find candidates and grew from there, finishing my career in the UK being the Lead Recruiter for the largest Oil and Gas Project in the North Sea, the Culzean Project.
