Q: What is your personal mantra?
A: Don’t count the years, make the years count!
Q: f you could have dinner with any person from any time period, who would it be and why?
A: My mom. I lost her 35 years ago and didn’t get to know her as an adult. I would ask her more about her earlier life. So many unanswered questions
Q: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
A: I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years. I swam under a former Assistant Olympic coach while in college.
Q: Before working at Stivers, what was the most interesting job you had?
A: I had the opportunity to be Pluto at Walt Disneyworld.
Q: What do you find most rewarding about your job?
A: Clients and candidates are so thankful. Making them happy, makes me happy! There are clients I’ve worked with over 20 years. Many have contacted me as they moved from one company to another. I’ve seen them grow in their careers but also seen them get married, have families, and go through life into retirement. I really enjoy the entire life cycle and have learned so much from them.
